*ALL STUDENT MYTAMPAPREP AND NOTABILITY TRAINING
All students will receive training on the new MyTampaPrep LMS (Learning Management System) on August 18 and 19.  Students must bring a fully charged iPad to the training.

DRESS CODE
See page 41 of the 2020-2021 GUIDE FOR ACADEMICS & STUDENT LIFE for dress code details. *Please note that boy's shorts must come within 5 in. of the top of the knee.
The 2021-2022 version of the student guide will be available online by the end of summer.

IMPORTANT TOOLS
Beginning this fall, all families will have access to new student information and LMS called MyTampaPrep. Detailed onboarding instructions will be emailed later in the summer. MyTampaPrep is where you will access:
- student schedules
- semester grades & report cards
- absentee & disciplinary information
- online student-parent directory
- academic & school calendars
- homework assignments
- re-enrollment & billing
- update family/profile contact information
- and so much more!

For parents who were enrolled during the 2020-21 school year and prior, you will continue to access the following in MY BACKPACK until August 16:

HEALTH FORMS IN MAGNUS
Please see these INSTRUCTIONS about using Magnus, our health form portal. These forms must be completed and submitted by Aug. 1.
ALL families can access their 2021-2022 Magnus forms through My BackPack. 

ACCESS TO SCHEDULES IN MYTAMPAPREP
Student schedules for the 2021-2022 school year will be available via MyTampaPrep by Friday, August 13. NOTE:  NEW students should access MyTampaPrep using their parents' login information. If you need help logging into MyTampaPrep email mtpinfo@tampaprep.org or call 813-251-8481 ext. 4055.

TEXTBOOKS & SUPPLIES
The majority of our course content is available digitally via students' iPads. Any additional course content will be purchased either by the School (and distributed to students), or purchased directly by the student. Seventh graders culminate their study of life science in the Florida Keys.

Students further enhance their study of American History and American Literature at historical sites.

To alleviate the burden of the trip costs our Business Office will begin billing your child’s student account in even increments for three consecutive months prior to the trip. Exact trip dates, trip costs and dates for parent information meetings regarding these trips will be provided at a later date.
